Conscious Family Paths

Family therapy and consultation services in Washington State.

Hi, I’m Luisa Bakhoum (LMHC).
I’m a family therapist, consultant, and facilitator dedicated to supporting neurodivergent families in all their fullness.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with families in a variety of roles, supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families across systems and settings. In my therapy practice, I provide mental health services that center understanding, collaboration, and respect, offering affirming care to individuals, couples, and families navigating neurodiversity, relationships, and mental health.
My work is guided by a steady, relational approach—I value curiosity, clarity, and meeting people where they are. I aim to create spaces where families feel understood and supported, and where differences are approached with compassion rather than judgment.
In my consulting and facilitation work, I partner with organizations and providers who support neurodivergent families. I help teams deepen their understanding of family needs, develop practical and inclusive approaches, and address provider burnout so that care can be both effective and sustainable.
Whether you’re a family seeking therapeutic support or an organization looking to strengthen your services, my work is rooted in collaboration and the belief that neurodivergent families thrive when both families and providers are supported.
