I have been a teacher for almost 20 years, and I am deeply committed to the learning process. Because of my academic background (I received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry) I was able to observe closely the disconnection between professional/academic settings, and the community they serve.
I bring to these academic and professional spaces perspective, information, and language that can help providers better understand and therefore serve families in their field.
