My approach to therapy is strengths-based and focuses on helping people unlearn patterns that keep them from living in alignment with their authentic selves, while simultaneously working together to strengthen patterns that are true to them.

I work with clients to create an intentional and collaborative space to evaluate what is happening in their life and how they want to move through it in order to make meaningful and lasting improvements in their well-being.

I use a variety of modalities to help clients identify and reframe their experiences, learn new skills, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

I provide an LGBTQ and neurodivergence affirming space.

Areas of Focus

Individuals

I provide a space that is supportive of people exploring their mental health in a holistic way. Family history and upbringing play a significant role in shaping who we are today. My goal is supporting you in the process of unlearning patterns and relearning strengths, and empowering you to become the best version of yourself.

Multiracial/Multicultural Relationships

Couple's therapy in a culturally responsive space can help individuals navigate relationships in which there are different cultural and racial backgrounds.  I provide a safe and supportive environment that allows the couple to have conversations about values and beliefs, and establish healthy communication patterns.

Families

Family dynamics can be quite complex. There are different individuals, upbringings, and personalities. Family therapy can help bring positive changes. My goal is to provide support and tools through a combination of individual and family sessions, to minimize family conflict, and create an atmosphere of connection and understanding.
